Notice Regarding Beta Testing

Book Me Baby LLC., operates a membership bulletin board service for licensed professional cosmetologists to market their services, create networking opportunities, and to provide a convenient forum for customers to book appointments.

By using the BookMeBaby.com Website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions governing this Website’s use; whether or not you register as a member ("Member") or are just visiting the site. If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the BookMeBaby.com service (the "Service"), read the Terms and Conditions along with this Notice Regarding Beta-Testing and indicate your acceptance of this policy by submitting the registration form.

As an incentive to our customers, during the period of BETA-TESTING (as the website is tuned to optimal use) BookMeBaby.com has agreed to offer Users/Professionals of this website a Free 60 day trail from their sign up date when sign up occurs before Jan 1st 2010. After January 1st 2010 new Users/Professional will receive a 30 day free trial from sign up date.

Members will be required to provide credit card information at sign-up. However, no fees will be charged to that card until members 30 or 60 day free trial period has ended. Members can manage and review their free trial expiration date by clicking the “subscription tab” under “change settings” within their member profile. If members choose not to extend bookmebaby.com service beyond their free trial period and wish not to be billed for such services they must cancel membership by clicking the “cancel membership” tab before the free trial expiration date. If members cancel after their free trial period expiration date, members will be charged for the following month of service. Monthly service fees/membership will end after that.

BookMeBaby.com offers this free use of service to thank you for your patronage and patience while the website is fully constructed for optimal performance. Please be mindful that this free use is done so under the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this website including but not limited to Sections 15 and 16 encompassing “Disclaimers” and “Limitation on Liability” which read:

      15.1. BookMeBaby.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service.

      15.3. BookMeBaby.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications.

BookMeBaby.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service.

Under no circumstances will BookMeBaby.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website or the Service, any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the Website, whether online or offline.

      15.6. The Website and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and BookMeBaby.com expressly disclaims any expressed or implied warranty along with any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of non-infringement.
